YAY! I found a solution to my problem of not going anywhere the summer before college
starts! It's in the form of an exchange program scholarship to Japan! All I need to do is
apply and hope I get it :]! I'm so excited!

Yep, that's all for now :D. I just wanted to tell the world that I found a cheap way to go
somewhere after senior year :].

School is starting in less than a week! >.< My senior year, the final year of high school! :O
Should I be excited or scared? I DON'T KNOW!! >.< There's all that stress of retaking the
ACT, finishing up my SAT2's and of course college applications. Well, at least my classes
are not that stressful :]. Though having two AP classes in a row first thing in the morning
may hurt me a little. T-T
Anyways, onto non-school matters!

Wow, I could only think of 5 things for my "new" list. What a failure :[.
I don't have anything particularly interesting to blog about, except going on and on about
how cute and handsome lee seung gi is and how his voice is absolutely <3, I will spare
your time (those couple people that may read this) and end this post here.

So, the last post was supposed to be a review of Shining Inheritance which was crazy
good, but I never got to finish writing it... so when I do, there will be a summary/review
of it! Yay! XD Now that I'm done with it, (I finished it within 2 weeks >.<) I need
something else to watch!
Does anyone know any good dramas? Japanese/Chinese/Korean???
Preferably romantic comedy with cute/hot guys XD

Hana Yori Dango. (It was good until our Japanese class kept watching it over and over again)

For the past few days, I have spent all my spare time downloading and watching Shining
Inheritance. It's a Korean drama that is not only typical but also not at all boring. Though
it has quite a slow pace, it is very interesting how the different characters develop. I
really like how this drama is told from many different people's perspective. And of course
is is very dramatic, hence the label Korean DRAMA. XD Oh, and of course the main guy
is hot AND cute. :] (I was in a very... eye candy needy mood when I started this drama)
Anyways...here's my attempt at a synopsis:
Pictures first though :] (there's the saying that pictures are worth 1000 words. I wonder
how many words these are worth XD)

The 4 main characters.

4 main characters again.

The main male character. Sun Woo Hwan played by Lee Seung Gi

The kinda other main male character. Park Jun Se played by Bae Soo Bin

The main female character, Go Eun Sung played by Han Hyo Joo.

The "evil" step sister, Yoo Seung Mi played by Moon Chae Won.
Now on to a basic synopsis of this drama... (some spoilers)
Basically, Go Eun Sung is kicked out of her house by her stepmother after her father dies.
She has an autistic younger brother and they have a hard time finding a place to stay.
They end up at her friend's house. However, one day, her brother gets lost and Go Eun
Sung moves out of her friends house. After selling dumplings on the street, she finds
a grandmother lying on the ground, not moving. Go Eun Sung helps her to the local
hospital and finds that the grandmother lost her memory. Go Eun Sung invites her
grandmother to stay with her until her memory recovers. When the grandmother does
recover her memory, Go Eun Sung finds out that she is the president of a beef broth?
company. She talks of giving her company to Go Eun Sung in her will because her
grandson, Sun Woo Hwan has no intention of taking over and wants to sell it.
And this is kinda how the story starts :]
PS: Go Eun Sung's stepsister is Yoo Seung Mi and she is "dating" Sun Woo Hwan.
My opinions on the story:
It had all the usual Korean Drama elements including the love triangle... But it was
different in that it didn't really focus on the romantic elements (as there were horrible
kiss scenes.) but rather the issue of the inheritance which was kinda refreshing. It was
also cute how the couple ended up together at the end. Its not the ending that matters,
that's always predictable, but rather the process that leads to the ending that is fun to
watch. :]
Overall Rating: 8/10 (though Lee Seung Gi gets a 10/10 for cuteness <3 <3)
